Returns & exchanges
CAES only accepts returned items that are shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date of your order, and for which we have received a return request via email.
Make sure all returned items are in the same condition as you received them in, including the label attached and original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn.
We recommend using trackable shipping with delivery confirmation, as we cannot refund packages lost in transit. Please carefully package your items, preferably in the original shipping box, and mail to:

Upon inspection of your return, the original price paid for the item will be refunded to you via your original payment method within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank. Shipping costs for the return are to be paid by the customer, and cannot be credited.
We cannot accept returns outside of the 30 day window, items not in their original condition, and reduced price items. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for the inconvenience.
